For most people, the month of October means trips to apple orchards, decorating your home with pumpkins, & flannel everything. But for photographers in the midwest, October means busy season! While it never gets easier to be away from home, I think I have enjoyed this crazy month more than usual. Not only do I get to see my clients-turned-friends at their annual fall photo shoot, but I also get to meet & work with a lot of my couples at their engagement session. My time with Maddison & Trevor reminded me of how much I love this time of year with this little tribe I’ve built. We had the most perfect evening with a dreamy evening glow (unlike the rain they experienced when Trevor proposed!). I am already counting down the days until their July wedding!
