I am an advocate for fun, smooth-running wedding days. Sure, maybe I turn a little *extra* Type A in order to see that happen, but it is totally worth it—especially when a wedding day is as enjoyable as Katie & Matt’s. How do I know this? It poured rain after their ceremony during bride & groom portraits & you would have never known! In fact, I think the rain made it all that much more fun.
I loved celebrating this sweet couple. I watched as they shuffled around at their own reception to hand deliver thank you notes to all their vendors. Talk about hearts of gold! I am sad to see this bride & groom/wedding photographer relationship with them come to an end now that they are married, but I can only hope a new chapter of our relationship is just beginning!
