When the only difference a couple shares is their preference in baseball teams (go Cubs!), you know they are a perfect match. Ashley & John, both teachers at the same school, are not only selfless, loyal, & dedicated, but have a sweet love for others that struck me throughout their wedding day. A big part of this couple’s story is they both lost their fathers. I was so touched by the way they chose to not only remember these men in every aspect of their day, but they honored their widowed mothers so gracefully & with such love. There was laughter, there were tears, but all in all, I don’t think Ashley & John could have dreamed up a more perfect day.
P.S. If you’re planning to do a garter/bouquet toss at your wedding but the majority of your friends/family are already married, why not invite ALL the men/women out to participate?! From experience, that packed dance floor made those tosses so much fun! Great idea, Ashley & John!
