When you’re packing up your gear from the wedding day with tears in your eyes, you know its been a good day. Our bride, Katelyn, had just surprised her grandpa with a dance in memory of his wife, her grandma—she unexpectedly passed away this year. These are the moments that matter on a wedding day. Behind the sparkle & sweet smelling flowers, I am reminded these are real people & real families—not just a captivating episode of a TLC show.
I know I say this all the time, but the honor of sharing in these celebrations never goes away. I hope I am able to serve each & every one of our couples with a humble spirit & a contagious joy, pouring life into the ones I serve. Katelyn & Curtis: may your life together be as beautiful as that first day you shared as husband & wife.
