My favorite part of a wedding day is when the bride walks down the aisle. I always feel nervous for some reason & I’m not even the bride! Whether or not our couple shared a first look before the ceremony, the anticipation of “here comes the bride” makes my heart race—THIS is the moment they’ve been planning & dreaming up for months & months! Just as Joy was about to start her walk down the aisle toward Adam, I could hear Joy’s mom over my shoulder choking back tears. It is these raw, intimate moments that make my job so special.
Joy & Adam are a “people matter” couple which I think is so beautiful. They hug the ones they love with purpose & always put others first. As a matter of fact, they gave Ryan & I a gift on THEIR wedding day! The love these two have in their hearts is something admirable & it was a blessing to share in their day.
