When I was in high school, I worked at American Eagle & if I learned anything from that job it is that working retail is NOT for me! Apart from the sweet clothing discount, I did walk away with a few friends who made those long, monotonous shifts a little more bearable—Cara being one of them. When she announced her engagement last summer, I was so excited to reconnect with her & even more honored to share in her & Keegan’s special day. 
Cara & Keegan’s wedding day was sentimental & gorgeous with the perfect compliment of everybody’s favorite World Series Champions—the Chicago Cubs. [Actually, fun fact: Cara & her mom were AT the World Series Championship & Cara made the television broadcast. I remember watching the game from my parents’ living room & shouting, “That’s one of my brides!”] To put the cherry on top, we ended the day with sparklers to honor Cara’s 4th of July birthday—so fun. Now, for all of you who attended the wedding, it would only be appropriate to conclude this blog post with the words of the best man, “Hang loose & adjust!”
