Helping your spouse run a business can be a tricky thing sometimes. Between balancing my own full time job with Youth for Christ, finding separation from work-life & home-life, & navigating Lauren’s constant jealousy of my insane photography talent, I’ve got a lot on my plate! While my main role is to second shoot for Lauren on wedding days, it is fun when I am able to join her for a consult with a new couple, observe editing over her shoulder, or help her pick out which images to post. When it comes to the blog, my job is typically to read through it when she says, “Does this sound okay?” I always say it sounds great but she changes it anyway—much the same as when she is looking for something to wear. Women…am I right?
