Four years ago, on a warm day in May, I photographed my first wedding. My nerves were through the roof & leading up to the day, I kept having wedding nightmares. In one dream, I forgot my equipment at home & then the following night I missed the wedding altogether. Thankfully the actual wedding day turned out wonderful & everything ran perfectly—my first wedding ever was successfully in the books. Fast forward four & half years to last Saturday—my very first bride’s little sister married her best friend & I had the honor of being the photographer. No one could have asked for a more perfect day for Ali & Jason’s winery wedding. Blame it on the sunshine, but there was something warm & welcoming that radiated from this couple, their bridal party & their family all day. No matter what it was, Ryan & I certainly were “feelin’ the love” & our hearts exploded with gratitude for being trusted to capture this sweet love story.
